Economic Development Guidelines and Application
The Office of Community Development conducted a Grant Administrator’s Workshop on June 4th & 5th of this year. Topics discussed at this conference included environmental review, procurement, grant award documents & welcome packages as well as construction, LMI hook-ups, grant modifications and expending/drawing down funds. Grant managers from the Public Infrastructure, Revolving Loan, Economic Development and Housing programs were on hand to give in depth and up to date information on everything that is needed to run a successful grant program. We had a great turn-out for this event and will continue to hold conferences like this on a yearly basis so that we can keep our Grant Administrators updated on current rules, regulations & processes.
Below are links to the power-point presentations for each session that was presented by one of our Grant Managers. Please feel free to refer to these if you have any questions or, as always, you can contact your Grant Manager at any time with questions. We look forward to seeing you all again next year.”
